2. Quotations

All quotations provided via the website, phone, or email are estimates and subject to a site inspection where required.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
A quotation does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is only formed when we confirm acceptance of your order in writing.
We may decline to provide services at our discretion.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be set out in the agreed quotation or invoice.
We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.
We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, and card (where available).

4. Cancellation

If you cancel a confirmed booking, you must give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation charge to cover preparatory costs already incurred.

5. Your Responsibilities

You must ensure the property and work area are safe and accessible for our team.
Any information you provide to us (including property dimensions, condition, or existing defects) must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary planning permission or building regulations approval before work commences.

6. Liability

We carry appropriate public liability insurance. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for:

Loss of income, profit, or opportunity.
Indirect or consequential losses.
Damage caused by pre-existing defects not disclosed to us prior to commencement of work.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
